Jelly Beam Illuminator has a unique formula with a jelly-like consistency and appears to be so blinding! This highlighter produce a wet finish on the skin and when it hits the light, you can see a color shift on it. It says it can be mixed with your foundation to make it more dewy or let alone as a blinding highlighter. You can use your finger to pat it on your face or using a brush to blend it out to perfection.
Jelly Beam will start on sale on November 1, 2017. The product is going to retail for $40 on their website along with Sephora.com (yes, it is a more luxury item!) We will see, does it going to hype like their other products!
